Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in IT sales

Essential skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Advanced English, written and spoken
  • Analytical mindset and advanced search skills
  • Understanding software development processes
  • Knowledge of terminology and modern technologies (what is used for what)
  • Excellent skills in building relationships with potential clients using various communication channels and media
  • Good experience with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Hubspot / Pipedrive
  • Friendliness and positive attitude in communication, customer focus
  • Ability to competently and structurally build your own thoughts in conversation or correspondence
  • Skills in making sales presentations
  • Experience in preparing presales and digital project evaluations

What to do / responsibilities:

  • Communication with potential customers to identify interest
  • Building relationships with potential clients (LinkedIn, email, calls and etc.)
  • Presale activities, preparation of project evaluations/quotes
  • Closing transactions and working with contracts
  • Maintaining relationships with Clients throughout the cooperation, increasing the level of happiness of Clients
  • Analysis of Clients’ needs and elaboration of new niches of company business development
  • Work in CRM to track contacts and leads
  • Participation in sales and marketing activities of the company
